In accordance with Article 13 of the Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data;
‘'The data subject shall submit their requests regarding the implementation of this Law to the data controller in writing or through other methods determined by the Board. The data controller shall process the requests contained in the application free of charge as soon as possible and within thirty days at the latest, depending on the nature of the request. However, if the process requires additional costs, the fee specified in the tariff determined by the Board may be charged. The data controller shall accept or reject the request, explaining the reasons, and shall notify the data subject of its response in writing or electronically. If the request in the application is accepted, the data controller shall take the necessary action. If the application is due to an error on the part of the data controller, the fee charged shall be refunded to the data subject.'’
Therefore, as the data subject/applicant, you can make requests and applications to our Company, which is a "data controller" under the Personal Data Protection Law, using this form and one of the following options:;
1. The applicant must apply directly by coming to the company address below and proving their identity with their Turkish Republic Identity Card;

The methods mentioned above fall under the scope of "written" applications as per Article 13, paragraph 1 of the Law. Following the announcement of other methods to be determined by the Board, our Company will inform the relevant parties about how applications will be received through these methods as well.
In accordance with Article 13, paragraph 2 of the Law, your applications will be answered free of charge "as soon as possible and at the latest within thirty days" from the date your request is received, depending on the nature of the request. However, if the process requires additional costs, our company will charge the fee determined by the Personal Data Protection Board. Our responses will be delivered to you in writing or electronically, in accordance with Article 13 of the relevant Law.
Depending on the nature of your application and request, it is necessary for you to provide us with complete and accurate information and documents. Failure to provide the requested information and documents properly may hinder our company's ability to conduct a thorough and effective investigation into your request. In this case, our company reserves its legal rights. Therefore, it is essential that the relevant form is submitted completely and includes all the requested information and documents, according to the nature of your request.
